Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, inquiry type and message. The system may also process network and anti-abuse information necessary to protect the form and website.
How we use it
Information is used to review and respond to wholesale, channel, warehouse, logistics or other business inquiries and to maintain website security. Contact-form details are not treated as a marketing subscription or used for unrelated purposes.
Service providers
In production, Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for abuse prevention and Resend may deliver inquiry notifications. These providers process information needed to perform their services under their own policies.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as needed for business communication, legal compliance and security. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, email service@jpyco.com.
